But only if you are committed to getting

Then you will need to stop thinking you
can just BUY your improvement without
putting the effort in

Internal Hurricane

There are two ways that fellas express
RAGE,

The external hurricane

(Shouting, screaming,)

And

The internal hurricane

(All of the above but in you mind only)

The problem with internal hurricanes is
that you might put up with all that sh*t

But then it comes out at the wrong time to
the wrong people

and this may cause you to break sh*t,

Leaving those around you to think

“Where did that come from”?

It came from suppressing the anger being
felt and piling it all up until there too
much and

BOOM

Like bomb from the angry birds movie.

3 ways to get out this internal rage

* Punch the stuffing out of a punch bag

Great, however you can’t carry a punch bag
around with you all day long

no matter how big your golf bag is

* Shout the rage out of you

This will get you nicked and possibly
sectioned

* Write every thought that’s in your head
out with no filter or fear that it will be
seen by anyone

With this you write out all the stuff that
you're thinking but wouldn't say

You can do this on paper and throw it away

Or

The notes section on your phone and delete
it.

With either of the 3 you have just
released the rage and will not have to pay
to replace anything

Or

Spend time trying to justify your actions

There’s also a way you can do this on the
golf course without anyone knowing,

Imagine what could happen to your game
after a bad shot or poor decision

If you can be calm before you hit your
next shot

We will cover this and other tricks in

PS you mind controls everything

Every bit of tension in your body is
regulated by your brain

So we had major works start last week,

And the end date was brought forward

we had to put a team together with
sticky tape, air fix glue and blue tack,

Somehow we got in front, and the next
few days it may actually be possible to
get the required 2 weeks work done in 5
days

What always amazes me is how no matter
what you agree,

How much you say “it’s only possible if
....”

People will mess with the plan,

I’d agreed that the only way we would be
done, was IF

Certain works were removed from that
package,

It was agreed

Guess what?

They were kindly added back in whilst I
was Away

Which means our agreement is different
AND

It will be us that will look like will
didn’t complete the works

But you cant worry about it,

You can only plan and do your best.

Get what we agreed done first and then
try to finish the rest

From a thought process it’s simple

This is my target

Did I hit it yes or no.

No stories,

No “well maybe”

Straight yes or no

This is why I love golf so much, it’s a
straight yes or no

There’s no room for maybe

“What did you get”?

“A 4 maybe a 5”

“Which one dick head”

Who wants to play with the guy?

But for some reason in business, our
body or balance with our family people
can use maybe

Did you do the required work yes or no

No bloody stories

It’s only when we are honest with
ourselves,

Honest about what we want but more
importantly

Where we are RIGHT NOW that we can move
forward

In how many different situations
