There are two ways that fellas express
RAGE,
The external hurricane
(Shouting, screaming,)
And
The internal hurricane
(All of the above but in you mind only)
The problem with internal hurricanes is
that you might put up with all that sh*t
But then it comes out at the wrong time to
the wrong people
and this may cause you to break sh*t,
Leaving those around you to think
“Where did that come from”?
It came from suppressing the anger being
felt and piling it all up until there too
much and
BOOM
Like bomb from the angry birds movie.
3 ways to get out this internal rage
* Punch the stuffing out of a punch bag
Great, however you can’t carry a punch bag
around with you all day long
no matter how big your golf bag is
* Shout the rage out of you
This will get you nicked and possibly
sectioned
* Write every thought that’s in your head
out with no filter or fear that it will be
seen by anyone
With this you write out all the stuff that
you're thinking but wouldn't say
You can do this on paper and throw it away
Or
The notes section on your phone and delete
it.
With either of the 3 you have just
released the rage and will not have to pay
to replace anything
Or
Spend time trying to justify your actions
There’s also a way you can do this on the
golf course without anyone knowing,
Imagine what could happen to your game
after a bad shot or poor decision
If you can be calm before you hit your
next shot
