Which One Are You?

So dude this is based on a book from the
60's and is used consistently in
profiling

When it comes to starting something new
there are 5 types of people

The innovators,

These are fellas who get an idea

Or use information from others to build
something new

They generally have no results to go on

And are normally the guys that are
always trying something new

They represent 2.5% of people

The early adopters,

these fellas see something that's
getting results and try it for
themselves

These are the guys that want to be in on
the first floor

of something new before everyone else

They get the best results and are not

afraid of making mistakes 13.5% of
people

The early majority,

these fellas are seeing results
everywhere

they go and decide it's time to step up

Generally there the last to the NEW
thing 34% of people

The late majority,

these fellas step up cos everyone else
is doing it

and no longer wanna miss out, 34% of
people

The laggards,

These fellas are eventually forced over
due to a change in a daily set up

this was your nan finally getting a
digital box, 16% of people

So why does this matter

If you know roughly where you fit

You will know why you do the things you
do

With regards to something new

If you're constantly picking holes in
something

And then end up doing it

Your probably the late majority

If you despise change of any kind you're
probably a laggard

But for me it's best to be an early
adopter

Those guys get the best results

Because they see something

That can benefit them

Because they've seen results in other
people

Like them

John "Visionary" Seton

PS dude, the early adopters normally
blow past the others

Because they are ahead of the curve

majority that you play against

What lemon

Quick test fella

I want you to think of a lemon

I'm not talking about a fella with knee
high socks and shorts

I mean a real lemon

Picture it on a cutting board in your
kitchen

Now cut it in half with a razor sharp
knife

Now cut a slice that you could put in a
drink on a hot day

Now put it in your mouth and suck the
juice

So here's a few questions,

What colour was it?

Did your mouth do anything?

Your answers should be yellow and yes,

Unless of course your were doing two
things at once

Stop that, leave the joy of multitasking
to the Mrs

Here's the thing

I didn't tell you it was yellow and you
didn't put anything on your mouth

Your brain connected the dots and made
it real.

This is literally how powerful the brain
can be with regards to;

Memory

And

Visualization.

But this can effect anything

Playing golf with someone you don't like

If you let them p*ss you off

You could tense up, effecting your swing

Just feeling tense on the first tee can
do it.

The brain won't necessarily distinguish
between real and imagined

This is why dreams are real until you
wake up

And then your are shown what's real

This happens with movement too

I get guys all the time thinking that
can't move a certain way

But then we show the body a new way

And the results are stunning

If you wanna see what your body is
capable of in less than an hour

And we're get you booked in the last
session I have

John "lemon" Seton

They've All Done One Thing.

Everybody I've given weight loss advice
to

(That have had the biggest results)

Have all done 1 thing the same

Been consistent

Some have cut out sh*t food

Others have tracked their calories and
now know how much they can eat

Others just make sure they have a high
protein breakfast

But they have done this CONSISTENTLY

Only 80% of the time and you are on
track

You don't have to be perfect just
consistent

The perfect workout done once a month
doesn't compare to

an Average workout done twice a week

In golf apparently when giving lessons
most golf pros are told by their
students

"I want to be more consistent"

But they try to be more consistent by
constantly changing something

Golf Clubs,

Grip,

Swing,

weight shift.

Not the best way to be more consistent
is it fella

But most golfers when seeking advice
from a pro

Will use the information to get better
in the lesson

But when they practice next time

On their own

If it doesn't work immediately

They WILL discard it and try a different
variation

Or go back to the old way

But what If you could just decide that
for this 1 round

Or the next 50 balls

"I'm Just gonna do exactly what I was
told and only ASSESS the last 5 I hit"

Wouldn't that be a better gage for
assessing rather than the first ball you
hit

When your stiff, tight and cold

How can you want to get better and then
not do anything to get better

Expecting it to be perfect first time
keeps you stuck

You just need to see an improvement

That's why with Golf Performance Therapy
we get a baseline

And make it better before the end of the
session

If you see an improvement

Your are more likely to stick to the
practice to GET better

Come in the clinic and start to get
better

I have 1 slot available in the next 4
weeks

To say I'm busy is an understatement

If you want it click here

PS YOUR body is the one thing that is
consistent in your golf swing

Make that one thing better

And you can change you game

Cheers

People Lie To Themselves

A while ago I told someone I know about
meditation

And about more and more studies that
were proving the huge benefits it has

For all areas of people's lives

But at the time they just nodded and did
nothing

People will lie to themselves before
they lie to others

So this person would blame everything
else for being overwhelmed

Their job,

their kids,

their partner,

their parents.

And then someone who was more like them
then I was,

Said they had seen huge benefits with
overwhelm with meditation,

People will always listen more to those
people that are like "THEM"

So they started using it and got amazing
results

And said they weren't overwhelmed

If only they would listen, a fella

So when I saw them recently and they
seemed overwhelmed

I asked how meditation was going

"I haven't done it in a while"

They then again listed all the reasons
why the were overwhelmed,

And why taking 10 minutes a day to not
be thinking about all:

The sh*t we have to do

The people we have to deal with

And the being plugged into the internet
every waking moment

The thing is fella

People already know the answers to their
problems

They will just refuse to believe it,
because it could make them WRONG

And most people are terrified of being
wrong

Even if it's hurting them.

The thing is I don't have time is the
most VALID reason

as well as the most BULLSH*T reason
going

YOU have as much time as everyone else

24 hours in a day

How you choose to use that time will
determine you goal

And if you don't have a goal fella

You are off your head,

Because having no goals is TREADING
WATER

The problem with only treading water is
that you eventually drown

All You have to do is count your breaths

It's that simple,

simple takes away the excuses and shows
up your commitment

I cover as much as possible in the one
off sessions in the clinic

https://www.johnseton.com/painapp

That's the one place were people can't
lie to themselves.

The body won't let them

John "Breathing"Seton

PS You can now see why the GolfMob was
application only when it was running

Because if you weren't willing to be
wrong about something

You weren't gonna fit in

Because the guys that make the most
progress were the guys willing to make
mistakes

See ya tomorrow

I.O.Sh*T

So it turns out the new update from
apple

Drains your battery

You literally can't get through the day
without plugging your phone in

You are now a slave to wall sockets

Spotting them as soon as you walk in a
room

"Don't forget your charger"

Otherwise come the end of the day you
will be without a phone.

So the new powerful update means we all
need new phones

your body can be the same

Some part of it will drain your energy

Keep you in a position where you need to
constantly plug in

Either with coffee

Some sh*t food

Or wasting time on social media

(Ha not if your battery's f*cked)

But your mind will drain your energy as
much as anything else

Worry, stress and pain put a huge drain
on your energy

So you crave:

More sh*t food

More coffee

More distraction

But you can help your body and your
energy recover better by using a few
simple changes

to what you eat

A few simple techniques to stay calm

And most importantly stay FOCUSED

Playing golf is so much easier when you
are not

In pain

Distracted

Worried about the next shot or worse the
last one

And if you have more energy, those last
few holes won't be so though

Thats what you will get if you step up
to Unbreakable Golfers when its released

John "IOS" Seton

PS it won't be ready for a while fella,
There's a lot to be done,

And I will only release it to a select
few

But in the mean time

If you need some help fixing your body

Get in the clinic and we'll show you
what's possible

https://www.johnseton.com/painapp
