So this morning I added the first part of the nutrition training that will form part of the Unbreakable Golfers plan.

This section on nutrition will go deep on the fundamentals of health (The stuff that stops "the death") and what is the most up to date advice on getting and staying healthy so that you don’t become another statistic.

In The GolfMob, I kept all the nutrition stuff as simple as possible because it stops all the bullshit excuses of having too much to do and too much to think about.

But Unbreakable is a long term process that takes time to implement as its about long term health and results and not just about looking and feeling good for the summer.

Today's training was all about BMI and what to focus on and what to ignore.

The biggest problem with what people do today is they have no framework to work from.

It’s just about doing what they want and then trying to undo the damage they have been doing to themselves.

This causes people to feel that just walking the course is enough. It’s not, it's better than not walking the course, but walking around the shop's burns calories and is better than home delivery but its hardly exercise or training and it’s not gonna help you live a more healthy life compared to what your body is telling you right now.

You are either getting better or getting worse on a day to day bases, what you do or don’t do today will impact your health tomorrow.

The worlds obesity rate has doubled since 1980, yet we have more information and courses on food and health than ever.

The problem is most people won't take ownership of their health when it comes to eating and training.

Nobody can force anyone else to look after themselves.

It’s down to them saying “I take FULL responsibility for my health”

The difference is knowing what to do and most importantly how to apply to the life they currently live.

How they eat, sleep and train.

How they think about themselves and what's possible for them.

How they lead by example in their family.

How they deal with the pressure at work.

Search online for a BMI test and just see where you are today, with no judgement about the past or the future.

It’s the starting point for reducing the risk factors of poor health and its a measurement for future results.

On top of that it might give you the momentum to start building up the energy to look after your health.

If you want to get access to the full training when it is released reply to this email telling me you are interested and I will add you to the early notification list of Unbreakable Golfers.

If you just want to get fit and add distance for the summer then the GolfMob is for you.

Nice one.

Pulled up by the Guardia.

Pulled up by the Guardia.

I made what could be considered as an illegal turn.

And got a telling off by the traffic police...

But, the good thing is it showed up how awful my Spanish is.

It should be much better than it is now.

But I haven’t put the time in, I haven’t been consistent and it shows...

It has caused me to hesitate and make poor decisions with the words I use, and robs me the power to communicate.

Your body robs you of power and that causes you to hesitate or make poor decisions.

If you don’t feel comfortable with the way your body is right now. You can change it.

You can pull off more in 30 days than you think because when you are committed nothing can really stop you.

The time is gonna pass anyway so why not be doing the work required while the time is slipping away.

How would your body look if you were committed, without excuse for the next 30 days?

What decisions could you make if you had 30 consecutive days under your belt to show you what you were capable of?

How far away are you right now from where you want to be?

How much confidence would you have to make the decisions you need to make in your business if you could see what you have pulled off in your body.

Your body is either giving you more power and energy or it is robbing you of it.

It’s easy to tell people what to do, it’s much more difficult to show them, but it is far more powerful when you do show them.

Commit to something for the next 30 days and build more willpower, anything that you know is costing you either time or energy.

If you want something that fits nicely into 30 days and will add distance to your full swing as well as lose weight then the untidy link below will guide you there.

With that I’m off to learn how to say not guilty in Spanish.

Monkey Typing...

Monkey Typing...

I set up a new offer, put in all the work to build it out but missed one tiny detail with a bit of code on my site that sent keen golfing Mobsters to the wrong page.

The thing is by testing it out we found the issue and now it can be sorted.

Lucky for me I have made so many of these mistakes with software (I am just a shaved monkey who types with the bottom of my fists) so this is just a lesson for me to fix and not jump to something else and say it doesn't work.

Jumping from one thing to another and not sticking to something long enough to get a result.

Doing this causes you to think that what you’re doing isn't working or worse YOU can’t do it because you are not good enough and it causes you to give up again and again and AGAIN. But the fact is if you are really not good enough then you shouldn’t give up because guess what...

You need the fxcking practice.......

What would be possible for you if you refused to give up when you were struggling?

There is where you are today and there is where you want to go tomorrow and the difference between those two points is GETTING BETTER...

Getting better at making the right food choices, removing the sheesh that doesn't serve you, adding in the food that makes you feel full of energy...

Doing the work on yourself to be more confident in what you are doing because you have done the reps... Lots of them...

Where does this need for perfectionism come from?

A need to show no weakness...

But to get better you have to strengthen what is weak.

You can do that here and it will get you to hit the ball further and lose that derby, but it requires you to struggle at the start...

Nice one

Can I have a utility bill?

Can I have a utility bill?

It always makes me wonder why when you are making a big purchase you need to provide a utility bill.

Think about it, it is just a piece of paper easily forged with today's computers and scanners etc.

Not proof that you are not behind on your payments just that you may own someone money.

Driving licence with your address on it, passport with your address on it and a bit of paper that proves you might pay for something that really doesn't prove anything.

Surely this is just something that was implemented a long time ago when it was important and has just been kept on because of habit.

We all do things out of habit, good and bad...

We eat when we're not hungry out of habit.

How many people do you know that only smoke when they have a drink.

All out of habit and none of it a necessity just because it was something we did once and still do now.

This could be giving up all the time, not doing what you know you should or lying to yourself about what you’re gonna do.

But the thing is, if it is just a habit it can be changed.

Some are easier than others but just realising that it is something you do because you’ve always done it stops the stories of why you can't change.

Habits are just doing something so often it's done on automatic.

So any new habits you want to build can be built just by doing it more often.

You might find that the biggest thing holding you back us just a habit you used years ago and it no longer serves you.

What is your biggest habit you have right now that is holding back getting what you want?

What would be possible if you just stopped doing it?

This is why the foundation week to the GolfMob is probably the most important part of the whole program.

It allows you to find and break old habits before you even do any exercise.

Wanna know more my golf obsessed geeezer,  then the link below will tell you more and give you the foundation week for free.

Simply Complicated

Simply Complicated

My thinking is this...

Most things are made WAY too complicated then they need to be.

I’m not talking about complex things, I’m talking about simple things that are made way too complex for the sake of it.

For the sake of sounding clever.

If you can simplify it, why wouldn't you?

Take progress.. Getting from point A to point B can be done a mil-yon ways, but...

Getting from point A to point B in the quickest and most effective way possible would be knowing, where you are starting, knowing the best path and walking it.

So then take “Ideal Progress” and it comes down to 3 simple concepts.

Knowledge of what to do,

A plan to get there

Getting going.

This simply puts every inaction, procrastination second-guessing or doubt in 3 parts

Do you not know what to do or is it, you don't know how to do it, or are you not doing it.

Which one are you missing of the 3 parts of progress?

Are you one of those guys who wants to be better, have access to plenty of information but you have no plan so you jump from one thing to another without ever staying consistent.

Or

Are you one of those guys who has a plan to follow but for some reason can't do the work.

If you are not getting results, make it simpler.

Break it down into those 3 things you might find the answer you are looking for, and the results you want my not be as far from you as you think.

 The results in your body

The results in your confidence

The results in your golf

Find something that has a plan and decide to stick to it.

The GolfMob has a simple plan that works but can’t do the work for you, there in lies your first action.......
