A Nutrition Plan For Santa

Morning Santa

I know Christmas is done and you probably
want to rest like f*ck (I do too!) but I
HAVE to tell you about this plan that will
help you get to the new year.

Apparently, you are getting older and
slower, and you're concerned about weight
now.

So I thought you might want my advice.

1. Start eating more protein!

You see Santa you need to get those little
helpers to bring you more meat, beans and
protein, instead of sh*t,

2. Quit eating the cookies and milk at
every house!

When going to down chimneys and seeing
plate of cookies and a glass of milk,
ignore it!

And instead, leave a note next
to them saying next year you prefer to be
left fruit or maybe some meat and cheese,
instead.

And instead of milk, leave water.

If you need more advice, check out my old
Golfmob program.

3. Start exercising more

You dont have to huff and puff with no plan
and get injured instead you will need
Unbreakable Golfers

https://www.johnseton.com/unbreakablegolfers

Santa, this is NOT based on hard badass
exercise like the Golfmob was

It's based on using the nervous system and
was developed by golfing experts which We
have condensed down into a 1 day event

4. Start walking more!

In other words...

Instead of hitching up the reindeer team to
go to the store or run errands, get
outside and walk through the
snow, it's great for his heart and body.

5. Sack 50% of the elves

Let's face it.

All those elves are dead weight and it will
make the other 50% graft through fear of
getting the sack

And by trimming the workforce down, You'll
also trim your Darby down, too, because
you'll do more work.

Anyway, so that's it

This is the plan I have for you Santa.

We'll see if YOU listen in 2018.

Have a GREAT rest you old bastard you've
deserved it.

I'll see you soon!

Find, Build, Get

So I've spent a large part of the last 3
days building LEGO

And the one thing with this as soon as
you've finished

the kids brains light up and they think of
what they need to

Find,

Build,

Get

so that they can build the picture they have
in their heads.

this requires getting out their old stuff

Stuff they aint played with for weeks,

To go with their new stuff and it make the
living room look tike its just been looted

But the thing with building lego

There is a plan, a simple to follow plan.

Turn one page do 5 things then turn the page
and do 5 more

A VERY simple plan.

as fellas we want to make everything
complex.

The more complex the better it sounds when
we are telling people about it

But do you know what happens with complex

F*ck all

WE do nothing with complex

We tell the story that we need more time

More training, study it more.

And that means nothing gets done, other than
us telling people how cool it is

But SIMPLE is where its at,

With simple you can do it with very little
excuses, just a question

Did it do it today?

The problem with simple is people think it
cant work

"it cant be that simple"

Bullsh*t.

Doing one simple thing everyday beats the
sh*t out of doing the complicated cool thing
once a month

Take food

Everyone thinks they need to eat the
correct, exact, perfect plan for them to get
results

Dont get me wrong the more tailored any plan
is the better

BUT the perfect plan done once a month will
not compete with an imperfect simple working
plan done every day

Midnight Run

So fella one of the all time TOP Robert De
Niro comedy films is Midnight Run.

And out of the blue it was on,

This is an old film where Mr D is a former
policemen whos now a bounty hunter

he has to go and get an accountant whos
nicked 10 million off the Chicago mafia and
given it away.

This mafia family is the one that made him
get chucked off the police force.

The thing is he's taking this job for a
massive payout so he can quit being a bounty
hunter.

It made me think,

How many times are we chasing something,

An idea

or a plan of something better.

Whatever it may be and dont take any action
to get it,

We say that we need this, this and that to
get going

but what are we doing daily to get it.

Have we actually made a start on it.

Or is it just a nice idea.

Just thinking about what we want, why we
want it

What we would do when we have it BUT

Do actually nothing to try and get it.

If YOU dont make a start you can never get
there.

It doesn't matter what it is and how small,
just making a start will give you momentum

If you havent started on the information in
yesterdays email why not.

If you're waiting for the right time why not
just make a start.

You cant just think about it
