Listen there is a reason we do what we do

Why we act the way we do

Why we lose our shit the way we do

And there is nothing wrong with that

The problem comes when we blame other things

Other people

Other issues that have absolutely nothing to
do with the real reason

We can hide behind the reasons but that
never gets us results

Results are all that matters

Try paying your mortgage with reasons

Try lifting a heavy weight with reasons

Try getting close to the pin with reasons

Next year you are gonna have either the
results from your efforts

Or the reasons for not getting what you want

So yes my friend I Took my boy to watch Star
Wars on Sunday

And at 6 he is proper into it

And there will be no spoilers from me

I hate them f*ckers that do that,

Point being the stronger you are with the
force the more powerful Jedi you are

And guess what my chubacca looking friend

The more force you can generate from the
floor

The more powerful you can hit the cover off
the golf ball

And any weaknesses from your big toe to your
eyebrows

Will reduce your ability to generate “The
Force” from the floor to the Ball

Which for today’s email we will call the
Death Star

But with great power comes great
responsibility

The Game Of Addition

So what is it?

How can you eat more and be leaner

Healthier

Have more energy

And more importantly how the f*ck can you do
it in a period where you will be scoffing
down more

Booze

Chocolates

Booze

Crisps and

Booze.

So picture this it’s 3pm on Xmas day, is it
likely you fancy any of the following

A couple of Pringles

Another beer

Some purple Cadbury's chocolates,

Unless you woke up at 2.59pm the answers
probably yes.

But go back a few hours, you’ve just woken
up and the kids have opened a few presents

And as you're waiting for the kettle to boil
do you now fancy

A couple of Pringles

An beer

Some purple Cadbury chocolates,

Hopefully not,

You see the morning is more about habits
than wants.

So if you can make the morning more about
getting in FUEL, the fuel your body needs to
function at its best,

Then you've just set yourself up for a more
POWERFUL day

What do you need?

I cant answer that, but most people dont get
enough greens.

In the morning you can get in what you body
NEEDS

Rather than what it feels like it wants by
having a Green smoothie.

Spinach, kale, water and add some fruit for
taste.

Get the fruit in so you get used to the
taste and then over time remove the fruit,

I have a handful of kale, a big handful of
spinach and a banana.

You made need more fruit,

you've just added something of value to your
diet and if you build a habit of this all
the better

PS Its much easier to ADD IN the good stuff
before you TAKE OUT the bad stuff.

What They Don’t Want You To Know

Not sure who will be the next “face” of the
Xmas exercise video

You know the ones

Before and after shots of a women off the
Telly

Pic one looking miserable

Pick two slimmer with a massive smile on
their face

But what they don’t tell you

And probably don’t want you to know

They’re 2 things anybody can do to get
leaner,

Two simple things that will change ANYONES
body,

But it’s not sexy

Eat clean and Sweat every day

That’s it.

That is all anyone has to do.

Then why do most people and it is most
people

Struggle with their weight.

I think the answer falls under 1 thing and 1
thing only

The way they think about food and
themselves.

Is that two things?

who cares, point is that is it.

YOUR thoughts dictate your actions.

Your reactions are based on beliefs and
these beliefs are just thoughts that are
played over and over.

Think of this,

You hear a story in the news, from a pal or
online.

Your first reaction is "Thats Bullsh*t"

Then you hear the story again and again and
again

Now you start to believe it

What changed?

Nothing, no new facts,just the consistency
of the message was enough for you to change
your opinion

So if you get a thought in your head you
here it again and again and again.

The consistency of that message becomes a
belief,

Do you know what mine was?

"No one will want to listen to a boy out
of Mottingham who doesn't pronounce any word
beginning with an H properly talk about Golf
Performance"

And for years this kept me stuck, regardless
of the results I was getting.

Then a mad fella from South shields said to
me "Results are all that matters"

And showed me a way to question my thoughts.

People think they're stuck making the same
mistakes.

So soon I’m gonna show you some fundamentals
about nutrition that work and most
importantly

Why they will or will not work for you

Because we’re gonna do this over Xmas

And let’s be honest no one is gonna eat less

No this Xmas we will play the game of

Addition.
