Insight

There's something that I have to do
daily

Its part of a program I was in

And you have to study "daily"

And from that study, get an insight and
apply it

This is not reading.

With reading you just read and think
"that cool"

and then do nothing with the information

With study you read BUT

you only do it until you get an insight

Something that you can apply to either:

Your business

Your body

Your mindset

Or your family,

Today's insight will help you

Think of what you want

Then right down the following statment.

"I will do whatever it takes to get
......, Except ......."

Then fill in the blanks

I know its what meatloaf said in his
annoying song but,

What this does is point you straight to
why you WILL FAIL

And if you know that

you can work on that first

It cant be any simpler

And you may surprise yourself

You could just find a way around that
problem,

Or you could stop beating yourself up
for not doing something

Just because there's a certain price
your not willing to pay

And guess what?

Thats ok.

Somethings are more important than
others

It ultimately comes down to what YOU
want

Theres a quick interview in this months

John Daly is the poster boy for all
those who want to bash

the new breed of golfer or

Golf Performance

However

Google "John Daly Backswing"

And check the images

Tell me if you think he has enough range
of motion:

In his back

In his shoulder

In his bloody neck

If people think this fella was tight

or lacked range of motion then they need
to open their eye's

Its not about making your derby smaller

(It can be if you want it to)

Its about MOVING BETTER

When you move better

EVERTHING is better

Flight Club

Not sure if you’ve been here fella

But flight club is a darts pub in
Bloomsbury

I went to someone I know’s 30th drinks
there

As we were walking in someone was taking
the p*ss about someone else

being proper sh*t at darts

When I piped up and said “that will be
me”

“Last time I played I was 11 and
destroyed my pal Kevin’s wall”

What happens?

I won

I got every one out in killer

I became "the assassin"

And I was getting proper grief too

“He recons he ain’t played since 11”

“w*nker”

The thing is I’d stayed away from the
dartboard for years

Cos I didn’t want to embarrass myself in
front of my pals in the pub

"sh*t game for pricks" I would say

(that was fear talking)

Now this could just have been a purple
patch

You’ve had them at golf right fella

Somehow you find your touch around the
greens

You think you’ve mastered it

And boom it’s gone

Next time I play darts I might talk the
big time

And accidentally hit my playing partner
with the dart

The purple patch is then over

So here’s a question

What perceived belief do you have?

A belief so strong it’s stop you doing
something since you were a kid

And it’s based solely on someone

20 + years younger

Half your size

And still in school

Are you basing your FEAR on a version of
yourself that you can’t be again?

A child

If you are

challenge that belief

Wether it’s public speaking

Ice skating (another one for me)

Or getting charged for murder just
playing darts
