I Made Mistake

So fella I told you that on Tuesday

I had to go to the super billionaires
mansion

And that email did make me sound like I
was trying to suck my own.

But on the way I made a mistake.

It was near Cranleigh Golf Course

But I wasn't allowed in till 10am

And I know that from working at
Wentworth club

You never try to get to that part of the
world for 10 am

The motorway will make you want blow
your brains out

So, Left at 6.30 with a plan to go to
costa in the local town

Then I'm infront of all that sh*t
traffic, sounds good right.

(It still took 2 hours)

But like a dick

I put in the postcode for the mansion

They where both GU6

When my phone tells me "you have
arrived"

No Shops, no high street, just trees and
iron gates

Cant now load my new destination as
there is no reception

I'm now driving down country lanes

following signs looking for a coffee
shop,

Lesson... GPS, Sat navs, all technology
work great

But you have to have the right
INFORMATION

The body is the same my fella.

If you get the diagnosis wrong

You could be spending time fixing

Or strengthening the WRONG thing

And do you know what happens then

YOU GIVE UP

But if you see QUICK progress

It will motivate you to get better

But you have to want to get better.

Every Game In The Book

So dude got some serious bullshiiiiit
chucked at me last week

A specialist, that does some work for me

And has done for years

Played every game in book

However I’d just come out of a meeting

where we’d just guaranteed a completion
date

The thing is the night before I’d walked
our specialist round and we’d agreed
that

The issues that were outstanding (his
end) would not affect the Commissioning

Or the completion date

And that any issues need to be raised
now so we can tackle them

But now I get all the excuses why it
might have some issues

And that the client will need to be
aware that it may not be ready

“Fxck no”

Don’t get me wrong deadlines are missed
all the time because of unforeseen
issues

However, if you’re due to arrive at 7am
and you turn up at 12

You are to blame

If you say don’t panic it’ll be
completed before we go today

And you leave before me

You are to blame

The most powerful thing someone can do
is say

“I f*cked up, how do I fix it”

Not to throw elbows and run away

And like someone that throws elbows at
football

At some point

You will be kicked right up in the air

What’s the point

We can make PROGRESS

Or EXCUSES

Not both

Sh*t happens, but if you run away from
it

And hide

You can’t fix it

You can only fix it

if it’s in front of you

If you wanna get a better body for golf

PS The is always room for improvement

The question is what and how do you want
to improve

So had my first knockout match at the
weekend

And to be honest

I could have melted

I was two up early and for most of the
round

But with 3 to play back to all square

I think I would have melted in the past

But I didn’t and would love to say it
was;

Golfmob

Or

Golf performance therapy

But it was a 60• wedge

A couple of times before when I was out
of the hole

I chipped close for a gimme

And that’s what I done on the next hole

There is nothing like that to kill
someone’s Momentum

You were in trouble and now the pressure
is on them

It’s gone from confidence to fear in one
shot

But it’s just I different perspective

The same shot, you still have to do the
same thing

But now the added pressure makes it more
tense

And more difficult

If you spend all day thinking about what
you need to do

But don’t actually do it

This should be an alarm clock to you

An indicator that somewhere there is
fear

And you’ve just made the day or the task
more difficult

The body’s the same

You get tense and you’ve just made you
swing more difficult

You might have been like it for years

Your body just needs a different
perspective

Something different to show that there
is no need to be in fear all day

PS the brain puts lot of restrictions on
the body when it senses Fear

And that is not good for movement
