So last night was a killer,

yep the dreaded 1 hour of pain

You know the ones

Normally around 2am when you're in a
deep sleep

"Daddy, Daddy"

Yep my daughter played every game last
night

Started with

"My nose" ( runny nose) then

"I need a wee wee" then

"I need water"

And the last

"It's scary in here"

You go from helper to Mr " now stop
fukkking about "

Back to "are you ok" when they say "
it's scary"

But then when they drop off

You're AWAKE

Contemplating getting up

But of course you do get to sleep and
then can't get up

Your mornings now fukkked,

But you have to get it back on track
immediately or your day's fukkked

You do this by getting your mind right

Meditation, the Work or just a funny
thought will help

Mine was a thought about my pal who has:

Twins on the way

and he won't be getting a lot of sleep

After that, I didn't feel too tired

Sometimes it's ok to laugh at others to
feel better,

So if you're struggling with your day

Get your morning right

You will need to know what works best
for YOU

But there will be something.

Something that puts you in power

Something that says

"Fukkk you day"

If you're tired in the morning cos you
can't get comfortable at night

Maybe you're in pain

Not Such A Clever Fukkker

So dude went to see Mickey Flanagan at
the o2

On the way home driving up the A2

I made a major Fxck up

You see I used to live in Mottingham

So the old habit is to turn off and go
through kidbroke

But trying to be a clever fukkker

Decided to stay on to the Sidcup/
blacken turn off

You see I have a dreaded hate of traffic
lights

If I can miss any lights I will

As soon as I went past the Eltham turn
off

Break lights

An hour later we turned off at Sidcup

Now Ive said before that I was an angry
prick

And working on mindset has changed that
But

when you're tired

Shit goes sideways

Do you agree fella

Now there was nothing I could do

So getting pissed off about it only made
the situation worse

But it made me realize that if you don't
look after your ENERGY,

You can't get better

Everything else is worse when you tired

Think about those days when you're
shattered

They're the days you will demolish the
biscuit cupboard

Or get triggered by something you would
normally laugh at

They say there are two things that never
every lie

Your body

And

Your bank balance

If ones up shitcreek

It's because it ain't been paying the
correct attention it needs

Be aware that sometimes you are not a
prick

You're probably just tied

Sleep is huge in the body's recovery as
well as the mind

Getting your body in a position so you
can get a good nights sleep

Comes down to how you treat it during
the day

basically a corporate brochure

He told me all the benefits of this
offer and how many people will see it
(20,000) take it home and use it in the
future.

I said it sounded good but I had a few
questions,

ME: fella I'm big on testing and
measuring so how many people out of
those who get the borcher will see my
ad?

Him: Well all of them

ME: am I on the cover?

Him: no

ME: then how can everyone see my ad?

Him: because you in it

So now I know this fella is not for me,

He is assuming and we all know that
assumption is the mother of all Fxck ups

And 20,000 was probably a stretch of the
truth.

You see a few years ago I would probably
have jumped at this

Just thinking I could just throw money
at something and it would bring results

But you can't, you need to be able to
see the numbers

And Measure them

Or it's just a guess or an opinion

If you can't measure it you can't
improve it And why would you not want to
improve anything

get measurable data for whatever you
want to improve

Your putting in yardage sunk

How far you hit the ball the average out
of ten shots

How much range of motion you have in
your back in degrees
