about fella but I'm talking about power,

You see you're either pulling power from
somewhere or you're having the power
sucked from you

In the morning have a "blackout"

I'm not talking about a Sunday after a
Saturday session

When the kids are jumping on the bed and
you have a hangover

A blackout is the following

Just for the first hour of the morning

No phone,

no twitter,

no Facebook,

no instagrm

no email,

no what's app

If you've just felt FEAR you should be
having an epiphany right now

Why,

because if you check social media as
soon as you get up

you are in other people's bullshit

Their pains,

holidays,

political beliefs

and sometimes they are nice to share
some video of bad shit happing saying
let's find this asshole.

You are now in a scarcity mindset and
you cock hasn't even gone soft yet

If you check your messages you are now
aware of what someone wants

From YOU

and you haven't even brushed your teeth

You are being sucked dry by your
freinds, your business and the mad
fuckkers in the world.

The morning is for YOU and those who
live under the same roof

Here's how you fix it

For the first hour (30 mins absolute
minimum)

no plugging into the internet if you can
avoid the news all the better.

Get you mind right before you focus on
anyone else and their bullshit

Sounds selfish but it's this simple

The king eats first or the kingdom dies

What The Fxck Are You Scared Of?

Dude one of the biggest lessons I was
given

when trying to build this golf
performance business

was when I was asked by a mentor of mine

What the Fxck are you scared of?

Obviously my reply was

"Nothing"

but then it was explained to me as

"Procrastination is a form of FEAR, so
what are you scared of?"

Now, I'm pretty easy going

But I don't like the idea of being in
fear

Getting down to the nuts and bolts of it
and guess what?

I was scared that it wouldn't work

"I'll Wait until it's perfect before
releasing it"

Ever waited for the right time?

But the thing is when would it have been
perfect?

The answer is Never

With the GolfMob it has elvolved every
month since its release in January

It's got better every single month

If I'd waited till it was perfect I
wouldn't have a year worth of Valuable
data and

Big ass RESULTS in other golfers lives
as well as my own

It was released to a select few of
forward thinking fellas

(Their called the early adopters more on
that tomorrow)

Who ran with it and they were the
perfect fellas to use it

Cos if it was shit they would have told
me

So here's what you MUST do

If you've been putting doing something
that you "SAY" you want off

Ask yourself this question

What the fxck are you afraid of?

Because procrastination is a form of
FEAR mate

If you don't have what you currently
want

it's either a mindset issue or a skill
set issue

Which one is your weakness and what do
you need to work on

What are you doing about it?

What are you working on to get better
at?

How are you measuring and improving it?

So dude I've just realized I've turned
into a control freak.

You see I've always been a relaxed fella
with a short fuse

Now I'm calm and focused,

However because I now plan everything
out

I try to change and improve things daily
and then measure it.

But I've just found that this does have
a down side

I decided to book some flights for me,
the Mrs and my two kids

Had the ones I wanted, then I was
reminded that someone could get 30% off
these flights.

All I had to do was send the flight
details over and wait for the reply.

Why not, it's more spending money right,

But this was part of a chain through 3
other people.

So I had to wait to know when they were
booked.

In that time Ryan air decided that they
would rather have a few months off and
monarch thought being in business was a
bad idea.

(I've had those thought from time to time)

So my easy jet flights started rising,

Daily

So I would constantly ask,

"Let me know if this is done cos I might
just book them now"

But it was a waiting game

The last thing I was gonna do was buy 8
seats for 4 people.

The thing is there was a huge lack of
information,

I didn't know if I was going or not
which ment I couldn't plan the work
schedule

Information is important and it gives US
the ability to plan and measure.

What I should have done was just keep it
in my control

But thought I would save a few £££

Big mistake

If you know what you have to do

you can know if you are making progress
or not

Its then a case of did I do the work Yes
or No

But if you are just aimlessly wandering
from one thing to another and not
checking for improvement,

Well fella that's where stress lives

So how can you apply this so you can get
better

Its simple dude

Have a plan that YOU can control and
measure YOUR improvement.

The questions you need to ask are:

Is your golf game getting better?

Or has this year seen a slide back?

Have you lost distance?

Find you weakest link and work on that

Boring I know but its in the simple
stuff where progress is

YOUR BODY I can help with that.

It will carry over into every possible
shot

And will help you sleep better

Its just having the right information
and taken action on it.

We are now into the final quarter of the
year chief

It's at this point where most people
are,

pissed off.

Pissed of because the days are getting
shorter

The mornings are darker

And you're in the slow down till xmas

But the facts are there are 3 months
left

One quarter of a year

Now isn't the time to slow down

And wait till New Year's Eve to plan to
change anything

If you can reframe ANY event and try to
abstract a lesson

You will see that you now have an
imposed  deadline

And deadlines fella

Are very powerful

Remember how much you got done before
you went on holiday

How motivated you were

That can happen today

And if like me you work in 12 week
blocks

You have exactly 12 weeks till xmas day

That is a huge amount of time

You could build a new swing, Fix your
PAIN, Make more Money.You could even
learn a new language

You can choose to coast till xmas day

Or

Power through to the deadline 12 weeks
from now

One of them gets you what you want

The other

Just gives you a host of excuses

One of them gets you results

The other

The same as what you have right now

You're just 3 months older
