Lessons From The Worlds Highest Paid Comedian.

Jerry Seinfeld the creator of Seinfeld
and multi millionaire

Said that before he had any success he
used to write comedy

Everyday

And everyday that he wrote comedy

He put a little tick on a bit of paper

And then the plan was to do the same
the next day

He got better at comedy writing by
writing comedy

Everyday

I can't imagine every joke was his best
ever

He was just consistent

If you want to get better at a big goal

Something that seems unachievable

Just do a little bit every day

What would your result be like in a year
if the one thing you wanted you done a
little bit Everyday

For a year

Regardless of what your daily results

What would your yearly results be like

How would that look?

How much better would you be?

How much more confident would you be?

Do the often mundane often unconfortable
things consistently forever

You will build new habits and have
constant growth

Get a little bit better everyday

John "Consistent" Seton

PS As of right now everything I have is
fully booked

So nothing to send you to today

So just this question

What is the one thing you can do this
weekend to be happy with your progress

Your welcome

What Justin Did…….Probably

So yesterday I told you about the world
number 4 Justin Thomas.

Do you think that was all he wrote down?

Just that list that was in yesterdays
email.

Nope me neither.

It probably look something like this

Goal. Under par on par 3/4/5

* How, improve my accuracy

* How, Find my weakest link

* How, Test

* How, Get measurable data take away
emotion,

* How, Use new super duper NASA system

* How, Get into NASA

* How, Become an astronaut

* How, Become president

* How, Do what Trump did

You can now see why he didn't get this
Perticular goal

He made his daily improvement too
complicated

But he hit most of his other goals

One of them a major.

The best thing you can do is take the
big target

The one you REALLY want

And break it down into simple daily
tasks that will

Get YOU your result

Do you think he could have achieved this
if he was injured?

Or in pain?

If you have a big target it's much easier
if your body helps you

Rather than hinders you

Tips From The 4th Best In The World.

So Justin Thomas, Currently the world
number 4

Shared his goals he set at the start of
the season.

This was his list

* Be in the final 2 groups of a major on
Sunday -- DONE

* Win a major -- DONE

* Make Presidents Cup -- DONE

* +.25 strokes gained putting -- DONE

* Above 1 strokes gained tee to green --
DONE

* Top 10 in all-around stats -- DONE

* Under par on par 3/4/5 -- NOPE

* Top 30 in scrambling -- NOPE

* Top 10 in half my starts -- DONE

* Under 70 scoring average -- DONE

* Less short sides -- I call trousers
"Strides" so I guess hes not a fan of
ankle swingers.

So the guy that is currently the 4th
best player on the planet set Clear
defined targets.

Quick question what was you target this
year?

Can you even remember?

Did you break it down so it was
achievable (I'll cover this tomorrow)

Did you start then stop?

Or did you hit a wall and give up?

The thing is progress breads confidence

And confidence is where you get to make
serious progress

Heres an article about his fitness plan

the_workout_that_powers_justin_thomas

the quite from lance gill

guys and think they move well because
they are "young." Not true. Most move
well because they work at it"

limitations are

and fix them

Pie Face

So the kids stayed and nanny and
grandads on Saturday night.

Sunday morning my boy asked my dad if he
could have the iPad.

My dads response (after us telling him
not to give the Ipad when they get up)

"No mate, what else you wanna do"

My boy then asked grandad to play

"pie face"

and showed him the game where it splats
cream on you face

So my dads reply

"Sod that son, here have the iPad for
half hour"

Tough negotiator my old man

So the pain from us moaning at him was
less then the thought of playing that
game

And we all know it hurts more in the
morning right fella

The place where it hurts is not normally
the cause of pain,

It's just where it hurts

That annoying pain in your lower back

Most likely is coming from somewhere
else.

It's just that the lower back is doing
too much of someone ease job

To find out why that annoying pain comes
and goes

Come and see me in the chiropractic
clinic

We'll find out where it's coming from
and how it's affecting your golf

To see me fill out this form and book in

Are You Part Of The 70%?

So it turns out that 70% of drivers
think they're above average

Which isn't possible,

And that stat was for all drivers of
vehicles

Imagine how many fellas think they're
above average

90%?

In terms of golf I recon most fellas
think they're an above average putter

And of course everyone thinks they can
drive the ball at least 250 yards

But what are your stats

Do you even know?

The saying is

If you're not assessing you're just
guessing

Most information is based on assumptions

What are the stats?

Do you know the reason why you are
having 38 putts one day

And 31 the next

Is your putting changing

Or are you just chipping closer to the
hole

We need to make sure we are measuring
the right thing

Cos if not

We could focus on fixing the wrong
thing.

Something that doesn't need fixing

Do you know if the reason you can't turn
proper in you backswing?

Is it cos of your,

Arm

Shoulder

Hip

Or your back

What about losing balance?

Is that because your getting older?

Or is it from that ankle you sprained
years ago,

Which has tightened up and it seems you
can't balance in your swing

Check each ankle and compare

If one ankle is more restricted than the
other

Balance will be an issue

If you want an expert at fixing golfers
bodies to do that for you.

Click this link fill out this form and
get in the clinic

https://www.johnseton.com/painapp

We'll see what's holding you back

And fix it

John "90%" Seton

PS most of your body's pain and
restrictions are caused away from where
it feels it

But I'll cover that tomorrow

Cheers
