Your body is the same with movement

It forgets

That was the first thing my dad said to

He'd been away to Spain for 10 days

And that's the first sentence out of his
mouth.

But that's how I was raised

By massive piss takers

All my pals, all massive piss takers

And I like to surround myself with
massive piss takers

It's where I feel comfortable

Sometimes I have to resist the
temptation to take the piss

It's a habit

This has got me in trouble in the past
but that's another story.

You see when your conditioned a certain
way

At home,

At school,

Even at work,

When you are put in a different setting,

You can feel uncomfortable

Or out of place

The brain is not a big fan of decision

It takes time and valuable energy.

Just think about something you were
unsure of and spent way too long
thinking about, it exhausted you didn't
it.

So the brain likes to put things in an
easy do / don't categories

It saves time and energy

And makes you more efficient with YOUR
energy

It's programmed a certain way

That doesn't mean it's set in stone
though fella.

It just takes the path of least
resistance to save energy

If you wanna change

You can

You just have to make a decision to.

It is really simple

If you wanna stand up, you stand up.

You just made a decision to

But if you've made a mistake before you

They Want You To Fail

How's your diet going?

How was the trip?

How's your new project getting on?

Innocent questions right?

Depends who's asking them

Dude these question could be used for
anything if it's said by "that" person

You know the type.

There not a random stranger

They come in the disguise of a friend or
acquaintance

They have one goal

To see you fail.

They're not bad people.

You see if they think they can't do it.

But you can.

That make them feel bad,

About themselves

If your answer is that your new plan,
diet or swing changes failed

They now feel better about themself.

They are just doing what they need to do
to feel better.

It's a form of sedation

And fella if your not sure if you know
these type of people,

They are the ones that you feel a little
uncomfortable about telling them that
something wasn't perfect.

Your gut knows this shxt before you do.

It's instinct,

And fella the more you achieve the more
it shows up their lack of results.

But this doesn't matter as long as you
keep DOING.

Some people though fella

This FEAR stops them doing anything

It holds them back

They don't commit to a new course of
lessons

They won't join a program cos that makes
it real

And if its real there is a chance of
failure.

But do you know what happens if you do
"nothing".

Nothing

Stuff just stays the same,

But at least we didn't fail right

Winter is coming

And unless you're a fair weather golfer

Then commit to a change

Invest in a course of lessons get that
handicap down next year.

Few good men to name a few belters from
the man.

But it's a line he says in the film "as
good as it gets",

that when you're watching with your Mrs

Is a belter.

He's a romance writer and a pretty much
everyone is an inconvenience in his life

And he's a miserable prick

But he says exactly what thoughts are
running through his head regardless of
the outcome

He's stoped by a young, blonde top heavy
receptionist and is asked

"How do you write so well for women"

His reply

"I think of a man and take away reason
and accountability"

Now to a married man this made me laugh.

But most fellas are now missing reason
and accountability.

No clear goal of what they want, just a
idea

No one to make them accountable

No one to say "dude your full of shit
you said you wanted this"

Get clear on your goals and ask a pal (
someone that won't sugar coat it)
To keep you accountable
