The wife speaks correctly,

Me, not so much.

And having kids, I have to catch myself,
and be corrected by the Boss when some
things are said.

My daughters birthday present was
sylvanian family and one of the
characters was a hedgehog.

My son asked me what it was so I said

"Its a edge-og"

Which he replayed

" edge-og"?

My wife steps in and says

"No Josh its a hedgehog"

Which of course he now says

"Ohhhh Hedgehog"

The thing is dude,

Had the boss not pointed it out, I would
have had no idea that anything was
wrong.

How could I, in my mind everything was
spot on.

The thing is though its not just what we
say that our kids copy, they will mimic
our actions too.

On the phone all the time, guess what
they want the ipad,

Eat shit all the time, but annoyed they
only want chocolate

Stress, pissed off, tired, angry

Yep

Thats where they get it from dude

So I know try to work on how I say stuff
around my kids as well as what I say.

Thats also now why I try to eat and look
after myself.

Cos I dont want my kids to follow in my
bad habits

So we had our first GolfMob session in 5
weeks this week.

And dude I needed it,

There is nothing like Focus and a
deadline to put YOU on fast track.

This week everything was different

You would think that adding more to my
plate would make me

Golf Performance From Game Of Thrones



Been watching Game of thrones,

(Fella dont worry not gonna tell you any
spoilers)

But at the start of every week I think
it can't be better than last week

And some how it is,

Which is pretty awesome

It ends on Monday and then that's it for
a year.

Which if you've been watching it and
enjoying it you know that's not good

The fact it's not on for a year is a
good thing

For Me

Cos I'm not sure where I could get any
time from for work

To boxset binge on this program

It would just be,

dinner, kids to bed

The thing is there is only so much time
in the day, and even less available to
better yourself

What if you dedicated a time slot
everyday that was focused on getting you
better

A 30 minute lesson on Monday could (with

be used to do 30 minutes Mirror work
away from the lesson.

A treatment to improve your body could
be followed up with daily corrective
exercise

You may not box set binge a series but
in a month you can make serious changes
to YOU

Getting a better body for golf will be
the start to unbelievable progress

Fat Pigs



We went to peppa pig world on Saturday,

Little present to my daughter for her
3rd birthday.

The kids loved it and even though we
spent a lot of the time queuing they
behaved good.

Loving a que, Very English.

You see the thing is we've done stuff
like this for a while, we had the Merlin
passes,

so the kids are conditioned to que for a
ride they want to go on.

It meant that we were able to pick the
rides they wanted and not get too
stressed out.

Where as if they were playing up the
thoughts of

" why the fxck did I bother"

and

"what's the point of waiting 45mins for 3
mins on a fxcking bouncing Dinosaur."

Exposing yourself to the shit that
stresses you out will help you to be
less stressed in the future.

That first workout in a while will
fxcking kill

but with every workout you
become better at dealing with the stress
of it,

so much so that soon, when you're done
you feel nothing but achievement and
focus.
