For the last two days I have felt like
shxt,

Tired,

Ill

I couldn't pull myself out of it.

Thats the only thing with writing an
email everyday fella

The are some days when you cant be
bothered.

But I did get an email out dude which
was a win for me

When your ill you just have to battle
through it

And of course worry that the kids wont
get it.

Cos how you gonna sleep then.

A pal of mine used to go to his mums for
rest when he was ill

Not for attention, to just be left the
fxck alone

To rest.

The thing is dude YOU need your rest

You are a producer

You pull off a tone of shxt in your work

You look after your family

But my friend what I'm about to tell you
comes form wake up warrior via
unstoppable bastards

"The King Eats First"

Ok its this simple

You wake up and do any or all of the
following

Sort the kids out,

Help the Mrs sort the kids out,

Check emails,

Go to work,

Sort your staff out

Sort you clients out

at the end of your day, when its time
for you

You're exhausted,

In this situation

The king is eating last

Not good, how can you serve everyone
else if you cant serve yourself.

Get selfish fella,

I'm not talking about going to the pub
for a week.

But you MUST do something for YOU when
you are full of energy.

I cant tell you what that is,

Well not without being infront of you
dude,

But feeling like shxt has reminded me of
how little I got done when I used to
feel like shit

All of the time

And dude I dont ever want to go back
there.

Biggest Enemy To Mankind



Now think of what mankind has to look out
for,

In the past it would be tigers and fellow
cave men.

But now dude, in this day and age we have a
bigger enemy waiting around the corner.

I want you to think of the biggest enemy to
your day of pulling shxt off.

And its not our staff, the Bastards

No dude it MANFLU.

I woke up with man flu,

Tired,

Groggy

ill.

I could lie to you and pretend that all is
well.

But its not, Manflu has stopped everything
in it's tracks.

I can't get a thing done,

No progress or motivation. 

I actually feel like burning everything to
ground.

So under the right conditions I can still be
an ANGRY PRICK.

This is scarcity 101

Yesterday I could feel the anger building up.

The fact is it's my fault, my nutrition has
been off for 3 weeks.

It made me realise that even though my goals
a slightly different to my clients

if I don't stay on top of my health shxt goes
sideways

I was pissed off cos I couldn't get done what
I said I would.

The thing is

If you don't do what you said you would do,
it will eat away at your confidence and that
will effect how you can produce.

And how can you get any momentum then

If you tell yourself that your gonna plan,
focus, be more calm but you don't follow
through.

You've just give yourself a tick in the
"yes I'm an angry prick" column

If you start putting in a half ass workouts
you will teach yourself that your training
will not get you good results

Which it does

If you tell yourself you'll start tomorrow
and don't, your telling yourself you're
someone that puts things off.

And that doesn't build confidence which is
the opposite from what we need.

CONFIDENCE and ENERGY are you two
most powerful weapons my friend. 

And if you are not protecting them;

Scarcity, 

Then sedating with food or booze.

So today I will do nothing and not beat
myself up about it

But tomorrow I must produce

Or I'm just full of shxt

What Do You Have To Do This Week?



Do you even know?

Do you know what you need to do this week to
move you closer to your goal.

I'll tell you why I've asked this question.

Last Monday I set up my 90 Day goals, and
took action.

But I hadn't got clear on what my 30 day
bench mark would look like.

What needed to be accomplished to make sure
the 90 day target was on course

I had a rough idea but not a Crystal clear
vision

Sunday morning I got clear on what was needed
in the next 3 weeks.

The goals are on track

But

The Important ones

The ones that make me feel a little
uncomfortable,

The ones that will make me face some fears,

Hadn't been started yet.

Why?

I had 3 More weeks.

Plenty of time right Fella?

Unfortunately I'ts the tough ones you need to
hit first.

Cos they're the ones that hold you back and
the ones YOU will tell the story why it cant
be done.

And thats where accountability comes in.

Morning Love



Now I'm not sure if you remember these two
fella's.

Its going back a long way.

To the early 2000's

Remember those days?

Booze, football, boys holidays and waking up
and just going back to bed.

So on Kiss fm around that time there where 2
presenters on the morning show.

Bam Bam and Street boy.

They had a segment around 6AM called "morning
love"

If you never heard this dude what would
happen is

A member of the public who was
already on his way to work would call his Mrs

The Mrs would still be at home or Hopefully
in bed asleep.

So live on air the fella would phone his Mrs.

But he is only aloud to say morning love and
it can be his only reply.

Thats it

No Hello, hi Just

Morning love.

The goal is to keep the Mrs on the phone as
long as possible.

The best ones would always be when the fella
eventually gets told to fxck off by the Mrs
on live radio.

Absolutely hilarious and soon shut done after
a while.

You see at 6.10 AM in a van on the way to
work this could change my day.

If I laughed I was in a better mood.

And its that simple my man.

Laugh at something first thing in the morning
and it will change your game.

But plan it

Dont check Facebook or twitter

Why?

Anything bad thats going on in the world
everyone is now obsessed with sharing it.

So guess what?

The first thing you see in the morning is at
least one bad story.

So use Youtube or Netflix or something you
can control.

It will change you game
