Get Off My Train



Went to look at a job and took down
the wrong address then jumped on the tube.

For the record this is the first time I've
ever done this my man.

The address was sent to me months ago,

Just cut and pasted into the phone, had the
thought

"Didn't relise it was there"

And set off like Bilbo Baggins with
absolutely no idea where I was off to.

I jumped off the tube and the doubt set in.

Then with a bit of google it was obvious what
happend.

Which now ment I was 45 minutes away from a
meeting and had 10 minutes to get there.

Definitely had the opportunity to blame
everyone else.

1) I'd Asked for the address to be re-sent
and it hadn't.

2) Wasn't planning to go there that day but
was told it was an emergency

In the past, would have rung someone to
rant, ever done that fella?

The thing is dude this was MY fuck up.

It gave me some time to get 45 minutes of
study in.

Big lesson here dude

Know where you're going

Meaning if you dont have a clear outcome in
mind, a place you want to be in either

Fitness

Golf

Or mindset

You will just be spinning your wheels in 90
days time with no progress

Just a story of why YOU didn't start or why
YOU will soon when you have time.

With regards to fitness and nutrition

Your training plan should be built for YOU.
Anything else and you could be going on the
wrong direction.

What if you are under eating, so you end up
starving yourself and binging.

Blaming your willpower when it was the plan
that was wrong and not you dude.

Be CRYSTAL clear on what YOU WANT.

And write it down.

without stoping

As soon as you stop game over

You will do this every other day for two
weeks and record the numbers

Depending on your level this will take
between 10 seconds to a minute

And the end of two weeks if you aint happier
and stronger I will refund you this email

Heres the thing if YOU DONT DO ANYTHING then
you need a corner man

Someone to push you and make sure they have
your back

It doesn't have to be us in the GolfMob and
to be truthful fella you have to be selected

But get a coach of some kind because the
story you're telling yourself

More Power From a Good Tug

So saw my chiropractor

Yep dude I get regularly treated too,

I wont ask you to do something im not willing
to do myself.

I get tugged about to get better too

My power output had dropped off and put it
down to a lack of energy

(Going hard up to holiday and this 38 year
old frame needs a rest, you know the feeling
fella)

And that is part of it.

But

After some testing it was obvious there was
more going on.

That evening power output back up and now
back on track.

The thing is dude the body is all connected,
from your big toe to your big eyebrows to
your big old boy.

And something can be off in the chain

And things just dont work properly

you see I study this stuff every day (ok 5
days a week) and still need help

The fact is dude there is only so much you
can do yourself, Regardless of how much
knowlage you acquire there comes a point where
we need help.
