So I Got this email from a fella called Dave

Asking some questions,

The type of questions I get a lot so I'm
gonna answer it here as a Frequently asked
question.

Didn't see that coming fella did ya?

The two biggest questions I get asked about
the GolfMob is,

1) I havent exercised in years how will I fit
in?

And

2) Will I be able to keep up?

I explained to Dave that this is small group
coaching,

The other guys are there to inspire you, show
you what is possible,

They are a TEAM.

And

The sessions are built for YOU to get YOUR
maximum out of it.

If you can only do 1 rep of the carefully
selected golf performance exercise,

Than that's all you do.

BUT I guarantee you'll do more in the next
session,

Thats Progression dude.

The thing is Dave wasn't a good fit
for the GolfMob,

He was more obsessed with my money back
guarantee ( How does this work, that work,
this work)

Than the results that were guaranteed

Which told me Dave wasn't ready.

Which is cool some people aint YET.

But unless Dave is planing to copy my
programe ( some questions were a bit Personal
Trainery )

I dont think he will ever be ready.

Dave didn't want to know too much about the
clinic though

When I said pain and/or flexibility issues
can get sorted in the clinic,

He wasn't interested

which made me think maybe he was a personal
trainer, or at least someone who hadn't spent
thousands learning how to FIX golfers.

See the thing is PAIN alters motor control
and we dont ever want to exercise a painful
pattern.

Live Helmet Videos



At Golf on friday night,

Spent a large chunk of time

Filming myself.

Not swinging a club,

Or doing anything NAUGHTY.

But talking,

Yep walking round the golf course talking to
my phone like a Helmet.

Not the best etiquette BUT Necessary fella.

Why was I walking round like a teenager?

Turns out I get VERY anxious in front of the
camera,

Like: Full blown TURN INTO someone else when
I have to do a video.

BUT I VOWED that I'd have to get better
infront of the camera

Hence...

Walking around like a tourist Vlogger.

See, if you want to get closer to your Goal
or to GET BETTER at something..

To get what you REALLY WANT..

at some point its going to feel UNCOMFORTABLE

Uncomfortable enough to make you wanna GIVE
UP.

Such as

- Starting a fitness program when you haven't
trained in years.

- Dealing with a knobby comment when you tell
people you've decided to get fit.

- Thinking you cant exercise cos you've got
no energy for your day to day tasks.

- Learning about focus so you can stand over
the ball with confidence.

Constant Growth comes from,

"Doing The SIMPLE Often Mundane, Often
Uncomfortable, Things Consistently…..
Forever"

You do that by GETTING uncomfortable

EVERY DAY.

So KEEP getting better every day my man.

PRACTICE those drills your Golf Pro has
giving you

KEEP doing your correctives that will give
you unbelievable DISTANCE

Cos eventually, you'll get comfortable with
it and GET BETTER.

Work on your FOCUS,

So you can dominate your business and bring
in more INCOME cos you've got so much
energy..

Just like the guys who are KILLING it deep

Neck Fat



EVERYTHING changed for me when the Mrs put a
family holiday picture up indoors.

My wife and two kids and me with some added
"Neck fat"

I had been building the Golf Performance
business while still working at Wentworth
Club.

But it was a very different system then.

Golfers would come and see me either to move
better or

For me to get them out of pain.

PAIN is a nightmare for golf,

But EVERY Golfer wanted more distance.

You agree with me there fella?

We all want more DISTANCE.

I would treat them and send them on their way
with a 4 week Titleist exercise plan,

Then they would come back when they needed me
again.

The problem was regardless of if it was

For Pain

To Move Better or

More Distance

The thing is most golfers just wanted me to
fix them.

Anything away from me and the WORK just
wasn't getting done.

When I planning this Golf Performance
Business back in 2011 it was too

Educate all golfers regardless of age or
handicap that their body would make them
better golfers.

Then there was that photo.

Then I realised that If I could build a plan
for fellas like me that had limited time

But where they could,

Lose fat,

Increase Energy,

Increase confidence on and off the golf
course,

BUT with the added benefit of more distance
with every golf club.

And have a Fxcking Laugh while doing it,

Then they would see the power of Golf
Performance Therapy and especially

TPI ( The Titleist Performance Institute)

Increase Range of motion with Treatment

Build stronger, more resilient body with
exercise

Brow-Dium Land



This is quite embarrassing.

There was a time when I had TWO great big
slugs attached to the top of my forehead.

technically there were eyebrows but they
resembled holding the end of 2 brooms up to
my face.

You see brow-dium-land is a place where the
people with the biggest eyebrows come from.

Conveniently invented by my pal Jim.

Or at least it was when we were at school.

If England got knocked out of the world cup
they would say.

" you dont care john cos you're from
brodiumland"

So my pals still comment on my eyebrows
even today.

I must admit  they are much more under
control these days.

You could say I've grown into them but that
would be a lie

The truth is with the help from the Mrs and
visits to Turkish barbers,

The Brazilian rain forest that used to grow
on my face is now safely contained.

Why am I telling you this?

On Wednesday night at Mob training I was
reminded of my previous heritage,

A pal of mine Neil mid training was kind
enough to remind me.

I'd actually forgotten about brodiumland.

The thing is you can forget anything,

Even movement.

Sounds bullshit right?

Not true?

All tension, movement and strength is
dictated by the brain.

Strength Is granted by the nervous system.

You can forget how to move correctly.

And with the right Triggers we can get the
body to REMEMBER.

Have you ever lost range of motion and
you don't know why? 

Every wondered why your previous treatment
didn't STICK. 

Or why the stretches you do wont last?

It's Stat Sunday

Titleist stats for TPI screen number 6

The 90/90 Test.

Out of around 20,000 amateur golfers tested

21% of amateur golfers were limited (less
than 90 ) on their back swing arm

And

The stats for the PGA Tour based on the
golfers tested ( around 100)

0% Of PGA golfers were limited on their back
swing arm

Remember

The guys on tour

Work on any physical limitations they have.

The guys that get paid to play get screened
and get fixed.
