Not What I Signed Up For



Last year I made the mistake of telling my son that I will help out on his next school trip.

The idea I had in my head was of a coach,

Being driven to somewhere in Kent,

Let them run around like 6 & 7 year old loons and then a coach trip back

So when it came up that the next one was the Tower of London, it wasn’t actually what I thought I had signed up for.

Lots of kids on the train and tube,

Responsible for other kids too,

But the thing is sometimes you just have to “Do what you said you would do”

Even if it’s not what you thought it would be or underestimated the size of work you have to put in

So if you're trying to

Eat right,

Look after your body better or

Just not be so angry, remember that it’s never gonna be as easy as we thought or....

Everyone would be doing it.

Why is the whole world fatter now then ever, 

Fatter now with more information on nutrition than ever, 

More access to free Plans, 

Food tracking Apps, 

Xmas dvds of false reality TV stars, 

More selection and access of food than ever, 

So why then? 

Because we decide to play the game of substation, reduce calories and condemn certain foods. 

(before I continue a calorie deficit is the key thing you need for fat loss)

If you can’t have something you want it MORE and WILLPOWER is like sprinting

at some point you run out of steam.

Limiting something creates want, Its a key to Marketing (Thats why sales work like black friday, Cyber monday and Dangerous Food day friday)

So why would you use something like "limited supply" thats used across the world of advertising to create WANT? 

If you limit something you will crave it more, 

And condemning something as bad doesn't work, Be honest who would you rather be

Ben Kenobi or

Darth Vader. 

Even with his lack of mobility,struggling to breath and his on going nightmares of a beach holiday, Darth wins that one.

Unfortunately bad sh*t is cool. 

Thats why the Godfather is such a great movie, It wouldn't be as good if all they did was actually sell olive oil.

So how is it achieved,

1 Calorie deficit, ( the laws of Thermodynamics take a piss on your Opinions)

2 Patience (trust the system you are working with for a minuim of 4 weeks)

3 The Game of Addiction Not Subtraction

Its the biggest factor with food to stay consistent

You can’t change unless you change your thinking about food and how it MAKES YOU FEEL.

And guess what?

Unbreakable Ascension



As you read this I will be deep into ascension,

Spending 3 days with The Ishayas learning how to ascend,

Why?

Well, wake up warrior has "warrior ascension"

Unstoppable Bastards has "Unstoppable ascension"

So seeing as the golfing mindset side of Unbreakable Golfers is inspired by those programs we will need

"Unbreakable ascension", (didn’t see that one coming did you fella?)

Point is, to master something you have to read, study, take action, experience and then find a way to teach a version that's relevant.

(I cant show you ascension because they get you to sign a confidentiality form, but we can use concepts)

And seeing as I always plan to teach the stuff that gets results from all the courses and programs Ive been part of, soon it will be in Unbreakable.

Why would you even care?

The ability to create space when all hell is breaking lose, will be your Power to produce under any circumstances.

One of the easiest ways to be present is a bit of Oasis’s third album

Not to listen to it but to use the title

“Be Here Now”

Basically just focus on the task in hand because that’s how you can get to the next stage and not get any overwhelm.

Which can happen when your trying to pull off a lot sheeesh.
