Not Enough Time

Lets be honest,

Having more time would help us.

It would help get more work done, spend more time with the kids, play more golf, sleep more....

Sleep more?

Just think if you could get more sleep, the benefits from that are excellent including fat loss but thats another story.

Anyway back to more time,

The fact is we all have the same amount of time available

24 Hours.

Im not saying fellas without family and businesses dont have less FREE time but they still have the same amont of time available.

When I think back to pre kids, marriage and business I honestly dont know what I did with my time (Or money for that matter)

The point is the only way we can be and do better things (and not be a dick) is to be more productive with our time.

Best way to do that is to track it.

Why you ask?

When people haemorrhage money they cant tell you where it's gone,

People that cant lose weight cant tell you what they eat,

So the person who cant track time will never have enough of it.

For the recored by doing this there still isn't enough time for me to play golf every day BUT

I can tell you where my time goes, and I am more productive now than I used to be.

So track your time fella.

And use it wisely cos (unless you're a believer in the afterlife) time is the one thing you know will run out.

If you wanna see how we track our time

we will show you here.

Follow The Follower

This is a term coined in Lead the Field

Basically, follow the follower is what starts in school and then grows into adult life.

The idea is if you were to look at a school class you would see how a group of kids would:

Dress the same,

Talk the same,

Laugh at the same things wether its funny or not,

And do all the same stuff stupid or not.

basically doing what everyone else is doing just to fit in.

With no one actually LEADING

But we see it carry over into work, sport and activities.

In golf for example the industry has convinced us that the newest equipment is the deal breaker in what’s gonna change for you.

So every year, every equipment maker has new and improved stuff,

I’m not saying it’s not improved, my iPhone is better than my last one but it hasn’t changed anything in my ability to make calls,

Watch football clips or

Take photos

So how can you improve yourself with or without new equipment

You focus on yourself.

The ability to improve the weak, soon to be painful areas in your body and

The way you THINK about what’s possible.

And of course have expert coaching on your swing.

You can do all this yourself or

We can show you exactly how we do it

Hot-A On The Train-A

The weather is awesome,

But it hasn't stop people complaining,

Take my train journey home yesterday,

Plenty of miserable pricks on the train saying how its so hot and a NIGHTMARE

Now it was warm and trains are sh*t but there is a trade off.

It isn't raining or snowing and the weather is excellent so there is going to be a trade off,

You will be hotter,

But how much of this is just doing what everyone else is doing,

Everyone else is saying it (and does every year) so people just join in and copy

Focusing on the wrong thing cos everyone else is and thinking THATs what needs to be fixed.

Fixing the wrong thing wont help us.

Take lower back pain in the average golfer, this is caused by a lot of things such as the

Upper back,

The hips,

The arms and

balance...

Notice the lower back isn't mentioned..

Then why do most golfers try to stretch the lower back,(I was a golfer that suffered with regular lower back pain and don't anymore)

And not focus on the issues that will fix the problem.

Work on the other areas of the body not just what SEEMS to be the problem.

Rule of thumb go to the upper back, but it could also be your swing or your set up,

As luck would have it, we cover BOTH at a VERY HOT golfing event called

What Golfers Don't Want

Read this statement in a golf fitness article.

“Does getting in the gym take away from your golfing time?”

If we're being honest:

Nothing makes golfers want to be outside on the course more than the sun shinning and no clouds in the sky so...

Having to BE in the gym when the sun is blazing is not really gonna happen.

While other Golf Fitness fanatics say that "the gym is only place most golfers should be"

I think if you're a dad, run a business and feel like theres little time to spare its not gonna happen.

One reason the GolfMob was built was to help golfers get better without "stepping a foot in the gym"

Here’s what I think most golfers need:

A simple to follow plan that is custom built to them (cos every golfer is different) and...

Assume that all it takes is ANY excuse to not do the work, so make the REWARDs far out-way the EFFORT

Do that and the whole procrastinating golfer syndrome outlook changes.

It’s good advice for focusing on getting better at anything too.

But, if you do the wrong exercise, you might just be wasting your time.

(And how many of us have more time.)

Anyway, that’s actionable advice most golfers wont use.

But, excellent stuff when applied and powerful when applied properly.

For an exact plan, built for you, to be actioned, and a system where you'll be kept accountable  (and not just more procrastination about, eating healthier, looking and feeling better ),

check out "Unbreakable Golfers"

And jump on the next event.

And, it’s purposely designed to add distance and increase confidence over the golf ball.
