Tips For The Races

One of the guys that works with me got a
tip for a horse.

Now all I really I know about horses is
they shxt and Carry policemen.

So backing horses and tips is not my
bag.

My dad on the other hand is a fan of the
races

Racing post,

Sky racing channel,

York and Sandown trips at 70 years old.

So when a tip would come up I would let
him know.

However they never win.

So I stopped doing it.

The tip that came through recently won.

And I didn't pass it on.

To anyone.

In the long run I have saved people
money by doing this

But

This time I didn't pass on the winner.

A fella that has information but doesn't
act on it is just as bad as the fella
who knows sweet FA.

The thing is you can read about the golf
swing and golf fitness,

You can learn how to have optimal energy
so that you can finish those last three
holes well,

But if you don't act on it or at least
TEST it.

It's just noise

That's why I'm offering a FREE 1 week
trail to the GolfMob.

https://www.johnseton.com/mobapp

so you can cut through the noise.

Cos as much help is I give you in these
emails

(And dude every email has a tip that
will help you in either Golf, fitness,
health or mindset)

It means jack shxt if you do not apply
it.

No Bollox To Enter

The score that won at Surrey Downs on
Sunday,

If I'd scored it

I wouldn't have had the bollox to enter
the club house,

Heres why.

A few years ago in our society,

One of my pals came in with 44 points

The whole rest of the time in the club
house

He got hammered

Then in the pub after

He got hammered some more,

Actually I think he got it for about 6
hours.

It was as close to him being beaten as
you could get.

On Sunday a fella came in with 47
points.

Now I think they do things slightly
differently in Surrey,

The fella got some grief,

However, no one tied him to his golf
bag,

Or made him stand on the range so we can
fire balls at him.

Now he was embarrassed

But no body called the police.

As there was no violence.

The course was playing slightly easier
that day

And my 33 points was not all that.

There were 3 scores above 40
(That we know off)

So I need to get better

You need to know what you are measuring
against

I thought it was the par of the course,

Are you measuring the wrong thing?

If you're trying to get trim,

Lose weight,

Eat healthy,

You need to take measurements,

You could look like two different people
physically and YOUR weight be the same.

Don't just use the scales fella,

Cos on the odd day

Par for the course is not what you need
to measure against.

You could have made brilliant strides
but the scales don't tell you where.

PS consistent measurement is what you do
with golf performance

4 Shots From 80 Yards

Dude I told you yesterday about the
Surrey Downs comp I played in.

This is how I started.

Hole 1 par

Hole 2 par

Hole 3 bogie out of a fairway bunker

Hole 4 par

Hole 5 my third shot, I had 80 yards to
the flag on this par 5.

The right hand side of the green has a
big mound

I hit that and the ball rolled across
the green and off to the left.

I was now chipping on and two putts
later posted a bogey.

However I walk onto the 6th and all I
can think about is that chip.

So guess what my 3 wood which was, if I
do say myself awesome all day.

hit it,

gone

lost ball.

I was dwelling on the past and it cost
me.

You can't change the things you've done
you can only learn from them.

The fact is dude we've all done things
that have cost us.

Shots

Money

Time

We can't change that but if we choose to
learn from it we can grow.

I learnt that being 1 over 80 yards from
the flag on the 5th hole

I should have not been a big pussy,

Should've gone for the fxcking pin
rather that aim a Little right cos I
don't want to lose it left.

What have you messed up in the past
that's stopping you growing?

What would you rather dwell on than
learn from.

If in the past it was time, don't waste
time now

If it's golf think what you could have
done differently

And if it's fitness why don't you try
before you buy.

By the way if you didn't know I'm
running a free trial

A trial for fellas:

That don't believe they can get the
results the other mobsters do.

Have tried everything else and failed
and think it's not possible for them

I will show you what is possible for YOU
with this free trail.

You have to apply though fella,

Because if you have no intention of
doing the work

or learning from your mistakes this is
not for you.

You'd be better off unsubscribing cos
nothing comes from doing nothing

But if you think you will do the work

and make the effort to get better then

PS I finished with 33 points a
reasonable score in the wet conditions.

Well so I thought,

Ill let you know tomorrow the score that
won it.

Cheers

15….7 Irons.

I played in a charity match at Surrey
downs on Sunday in Honor of my niece.

It's there every year and I always play
rubbish.

I've played there maybe 5 times and

This event is the only time I get to
play this course.

My brother in law struggles In this
event also which is understandable.

However on Sunday he decided to play

Pretty much Every Hole with a 7 iron.

Par 4's and 5's

Take away the big miss and post a
reasonable score

Now he hits a 7 iron a long way but
still.

In the end he posted a score 35 points.

Every single hole he was in play,

This did put a lot of pressure on his
shot to the green but he was steady

Now he's played a lot better at his own
course but not in this comp.

Sometimes when the pressure is on you,
you just have to keep it in play.

With health this could be just getting
up every morning and getting a high
protein breakfast in you.

In any form possible.

Just to keep you in play for the rest of
the day.

Take away the big miss of what could be
the food that will drain your energy.

Plus you need to do what works for you
so you can be CONSISTENT.

Not everyone can hit a 7 iron on a par 5
and play to their handicap.

but with enough distance I've just seen
its possible.

When you have more distance it makes
everything a little easier.

By the way the GolfMob guarantees
distance in 4 weeks

And you can test it out for 1 week for
FREE

PS dude I'll let you know what I posted
tomorrow. And of course the monster
score that won it
